At OneEighty we do not provide refunds except on services for which you may contract directly with OneEighty, such as marketing, social media management or other types of service, which we may offer from time to time. All purchases are made from the Event Promoter offering the tickets, but delivered by OneEighty, in most cases. Dispute resolution will be coordinated between OneEighty, when they are the ticket seller, you, the ticket buyer, and the Event Promoter.
The only exceptions to this are as follows:
In the event that a member is told by a merchant that the Ticket terms on their printed voucher or confirmation text for the offer are incorrect, AND it is determined through reviewing the call recording of the merchant posting the Ticket with a OneEighty representative that OneEighty is at fault for incorrectly posting a Ticket, THEN the member shall receive a refund in the full amount of the Ticket posted within 48 hours back to the account linked to the method of payment used to pre-purchase the Ticket originally.
In plain language:
You, the member buys a ticket. The Event Promoter or Redemption Center Operator tells you it isn’t the correct ticket for the event. The Event Promoter and OneEighty confirm that we failed to post the Ticket correctly. You get your money back.
From time to time unique circumstances may occur which were not considered at the time this refund policy was written. In such instances OneEighty will determine, in it’s sole discretion, the appropriate resolution for each specific incident in a manner consistent with our existing policy.
